Mark Ian Binsky, Esq. Mr. Binsky has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1980 from Hofstra University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Binsky was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1981. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
