Diana Brusca McDonough, Esq.

Ms. McDonough has a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University where she graduated magna cum laude.   She received her Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law in 1984 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1985. 

Before joining our firm, Ms. McDonough served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney's Office.  We continue to benefit from her extensive experience in the Felony Trial Bureau where she handled major felony trials.

Ms. McDonough's areas of practice include the investigation and litigation of first party insurance claims.  Her aggressive approach to litigation is particularly well suited to matters involving arson and general fraud.
