James M. O'Hara, Esq. Mr. O'Hara has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1992 from the Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he was awarded a Dean's Merit Scholarship and American Jurisprudence Awards for Excellence in Civil Procedure II and Torts II. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1993 and his since been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. O'Hara is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association. |
