Mark Ian Binsky, Esq.


Mark Binsky has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1980 from Hofstra University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. Mark was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1981. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mark is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association and the author of The Insurance Examination Under Oath: Trap for the Unwary (New York Law Journal, May 8, 1997, Vol. 217 No. 83); Business Interruption and Extra Expense Insurance Coverage - What is Included (New York State Bar Association course book published in conjunction with an oral presentation entitled Commercial Lines Insurance Coverage With Advanced Issues - May 21, 2004); Third Parties Can Have Rights to Property Insurance Proceeds In Specific Circmstances (New York State Bar Association Journal, Vol. 75, No. 8, October 2003).
